Positives: The hotel is handicapped friendly. There were available handicapped parking spaces throughout our stay. Some staff were friendly.
Negatives: The hotel, contrary to their brand, is not a suite. It's just a room. You can't do more than really basic cooking. Kitchenette wasn't set up. Had to ask for knives, and didn't get a sharp knife, so I had to slice a tomato with a cutlery knife. Smelled a bit.

Positives: The room was ok. It was conveniently off the highway
Negatives: I had a reserved room for three months. When we got there they gave us a room because someone cancelled right before we arrived otherwise we wouldn’t have a room. The room smelled like smoke. Horrible. The door to get it the hotel from the back packing lot was broken.

Positives: I LIKED THE FRONT DESK CLERK HE WAS GREAT! THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. RIGHT OFF OF THE HIGHWAY.
Negatives: I ASKED THE HOTEL FOR A ROOM WITH A COMFORTABLE BED. UNFORTUNATLY IT WAS SO HARD I HAD A HARD TIME3 SLEEPING AND WHEN I WOKE UP MY BACK HURT TERRIBLY BAD.

Negatives: The air conditioning unit and heater was broken the tv was unplugged and when we turned it on no cable or channels available.the room was very hot and uncomfortable. There was used q- tips and trash in the drawer s. We didn't get any sleep.tried talking to front desk at night and morning told to unplug unit and plug it back in.not my job .then maintenance was in the room all morning working on the broken unit . they should have refunded my money.because the manager did nothing but be rude
