Location was exceptional. Front desk was rude.

The bathrooms were too small. I found stains on the mattress cover as I was looking for bed bugs. Tv remote wouldn't change channels. I tried getting a refund and was continuously turn down and moved to different rooms. Very poor hospitality.

Got a queen room did not like the pillows they are to small like a couch pillow. Killed mine and my husband's neck. Ask if we could get longer pillows but was told no that they were for king size rooms only. Did not like the answer.
