We were treated terribly at this hotel. We have stayed here more than once, but the last time we tried to stay, we booked the wrong day and immediately asked the manager to switch it. He refused to switch or cancel and treated us poorly in the process.

The room that I was given was NOT the room that I had paid for. My receipt reads "Deluxe" room with "One queen bed". The room was in no way "deluxe. Even with only a Full sized bed, there was very little room to maneuver.
