Broken blinds, weird smell, stain on carpet and couch, loud grinding noise from turning on hot shower and more. Rooms used for dogs should only be for guests with pets. The fact that my room was disgusting is not ok

I actually use to work at this hotel when it first opened so we always stay here because of the sizes of the rooms. They work great for us.
Negatives:
There was a gentleman who worked in the evening he was rude. He called our hotel room on Christmas eve after 1030pm telling us our room wasn't paid for and we needed to leave when it was an error on his end!

Christopher at the front desk when we checked in was amazing! He showed a great attitude and friendly!

It was a great hotel for our 5 night stay. We were in the area for a wedding and general tourism in Ohio.
The staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was great for shopping and a short drive to downtown.
The two guys on the front desk Harold and Christopher were especially friendly and helpful.
Oh and the breakfast was really good and fun too!
