The front desk staff upon check in was very nice. Very pleasant and welcoming.
The beds were comfortable but the bedding was very poor quality.
Negatives:
The fan in the bathroom rattled loudly and the bathroom itself was not clean. There was debris on the floor and visible dirt and dust on the floors. The heater/a/c was also very loud and rattled. The highway was very loud as well. We got very little sleep. The overall exterior of the hotel was in very poor condition. If I would have had another option, I would have stayed elsewhere when I pulled into the parking lot. There was a very dusting smell of marijuana throughout the walkways in the evening and when I left at 9am the next morning.

The clerk at the front desk was so rude. Not to us but to the lady asking for help. There was a lady trying to book a room from her phone, and she asked the girl for help the girl was like NO! So I helped her and the girl had an attitude with her and gave me a dirty look. She was lucky my husband was like, leave it alone, because the lady didn't have the nicest clothes and was a little slow. God doesn't like Ugly, and her attitude was Ugly.

The front desk clerk. She was beyond rude, and her customer service was appalling. I never encountered such horrible customer service. My previous stay there I paid for my room in cash and the deposit on a card. This time, I was informed it was all on one form of payment. When I stated how I previously paid, the clerk told me I was a liar, and if I was going to be difficult, I could take my business elsewhere. If it had not been so late at night, I would have. This employee has no business dealing with guest relations. They have lost my business. I have been in customer service for over forty years, and I'm still stunned at how poor I was treated.
