Thin walls. Neighbor with a chronic cough kept me up all night. No ice machine. I asked for some ice trays, and I was given 2 by the front desk and they were filthy (have no idea where they got them from).

Only thing I had mentioned on the actual hotel review, is although each room has a kitchen area, I was only staying for one night and was disappointed that the vending machines at the location, did not have the ability to accept a debit/credit card.

Convenient location to our work office in Cincinnati. Very comfortable and affordable and will definitely recommend to others that may need an affordable place to stay if visiting Cincinnati for work or vacation. Especially if it's an extended stay, as there is a kitchen area to utilize if need be.
Negatives:
As I only drove in from Columbus to stay overnight, for an early business meeting the next morning, I did not really need to utilize the kitchen area in the room but wanted a soda and maybe something to snack on, so was a little disappointed that the vending machines did not have the capability for a debit/credit card to be used. This would be my only main suggestion regarding an update to the vending machines, as the majority of folks (like me) do not carry cash very often.

Great stay and affordable. I will definitely book again if I have to stay overnight in Cincy
Positives:
It is not handicap accessible and we had to GI up and down stairs I have Ms and just had knee replacement and I had to ask the cleaners to help me with out baggage but this hotel needs renovations it was a dump. The bed was ok but it smelled like smoke
Negatives:
We only needed to sleep for 5 hours but we checked in after our concert and it was past midnight so the desk clerk had trouble but he got it set. The room has zero silverware. We could not eat. We just slept. The bathrooms were gross. I was disappointed.

Convenient location to the interstate and near the city. Low price compared to other hotels in the area.
Negatives:
Found a bug in the bathroom. Pair of pliers on the floor near the bed. Hallway carpet stayed dirty throughout stay. Loud dog barked across the hall several times. Exterior side door propped open with a rock so anyone could enter without a room key.

Nothing good at all.
Negatives:
Nothing. Because I will never never stay at this hotel. Blood stained bed cover, several week-long bed sheets, dirty bath towel with somebody's hair. No hair dryer in the room. No elevator. Cabinet was broken. I've traveled to U.S. and Europe for 20 years. This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed. Hotel staff is rude, unfriendly. Breakfast is just small muffin-like bread and coffee. I do not call it Breakfast. Booking.com should delete this terrible hotel immediately.

Positives:
The gentlemen checking me in Wednesday 5/31 was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast was non-existent. When I asked about something to eat and coffee that first morning, someone went and found me a granola bar (but it wasn't out -- I had to ask for it); and there was no coffee. I didn't bother the second or third days. Also I tried to get a wake up call my last night for the following morning (so I wouldn't miss my plane) but there was no one in the office, and no one answered the phone at the counter.
