The sink in the bathroom was too small but there was a ledge above it to put stuff on.. but I always like more sink room

Our room needed some love for sure. Chipping paint and obvious water damage on ceiling in bedroom and in bathroom. Toilet leaked every time we flushed. Other than that, the place is beautiful.
