It was clean, the pool was a decent size. Rooms were spacious.
Negatives:
Could hear everything through the walls. And when doors shut it sounded like they were being slammed. This wasn’t a big deal because it didn’t wake our older kids up but if we had our little ones with us, this absolutely would have been a problem. Also the breakfast was not the greatest.

Super clean! Staff were amazing! We were there for cheer comp, we have another one in Cleveland & we booked with Hyatt again! Loved the room! Much room, had a sectional pull out bed. It was perfect for us!

Bed was a little uncomfortable! If they would get new beds it would be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
