My sheets had holes in them the day I arrived and I could not believe it, I only stayed one of two nights I booked there because of the lack of cleanliness. My neighbors were screaming in their rooms and the hallways past 12am and so were the hotel staff helping them.

Positives:
Great location with some legal parking on streets (weekend) and plenty of paid parking options in the immediate vicinity, as well as Valet. Friendly, professional staff welcomed us and got us checked in quickly. Room was clean and modern.
Negatives:
A small pantry for travelers would be a great add-on, but with all of the neighboring resources, probably not needed..
