There was a mouse running around my room, they switched me to another room which had roaches. They gave me $26.00 back from $143.00 , they hotel also has a partnership with a homeless shelter. So it's a homeless shelter as well, the rooms are not the cleanist, staff is rude. Overall bad experience, will never, never recommend or stay there ever again.

It was uninhabitable! Building looked like a crack den, the facade was filthy and people came in and out without masks on. A man was drinking in the lobby, and another man was twitching and dancing outside the front door, visibly intoxicated. I demand a refund immediately.

The wifi didn't work, the whole place smelled of smoke, there were live cockroaches in the dresser drawer, the tv malfunctioned, the smoke detector was hanging off of the wall, the TV in the lobby was so loud I could barely hear the staff, no one was wearing masks... It was... Not the most comfortable stay.

Positives:
Didnt require credit card for incidentals. Great customer service.
Negatives:
Bedding was very worn. Mattress had dents in it. People hanging out outside of the building and in parking lot all times of the night. Looked like a greyhound bus terminal. Couldnt check in until the following day because my reservation wasnt printed prior to shift change. Following day staff was very helpful.
