There was no shower curtain in my shower, so I wasnt able to take a shower while I was there. There was other peoples hair in the bathroom and dirt in the crevices. The phone did not work.

This room was nasty. There were holes in the bathroom door where people had been fighting. It was the absolute worst hotel Ive ever stayed in didnt sleep as there were strange people wandering the property.

Location was great! You can tell the staff is working hard to make many improvements to the facility.
Negatives:
Our room was right near an exit door and the door slammed consistently throughout the night. Our door to the room had to be pulled forward to get the key to work, and cleanliness of the room was decent; but the rooms have no ventilation system and it smelled musty and of smoke.

Not a thing refrigerator didn't work I asked him to fix it so they brought in another fridge I told him I was going to go get something to eat he told me I already checked out at 4:00 4:30 p.m. I just checked in I'm trying to get my money back because it was poor place to go the owner was rude and hang up on me twice when I asked him how are my checked out when I just checked in so I did not stay there I had to go somewhere else and get another roomy

Staff refuse to speak to my fiance because he's black. Staff refuse to allow us to check in early although we requested it on the booking we confirmed online. Room was not clean and had signs of bed bugs

As soon as we checked in and opened our room door, we walked right back to check out. Bed bugs, filthy everything, hole in shower and u see the inside of the wall, hair everywhere, cracked window and a roach on the wall. Pictures used on site are incorrect.
