Positives:
Cookies were good but not worth the lack of towels and lousy attitude of employees. You have to ask to have your room serviced. Didnt explain why our room that wasnt completely stocked with the basics on first night. Wont stay again.
Negatives:
2 nights 1st night only had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, no bath mat, no shampoo/conditioner. 2nd night only 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels. Had to ask for more towels and more coffee. no bath mat. Front desk employee was a jerk at checkout.

Was very much in need of updating! Lounge was poorly ran with a credit only - never seen that before! Hotel had a strong odor of weed!

That no breakfast is served unless you pay for it extra. They charge $5 for a beer when you can walk across the street and pay $1.50 for the same beer.

The staff is nice and polite. The location is good as well.

The bathroom had towels missing. Also the corridor had a smell. I expect cleanliness and attention to detail to be at mark for this kind of hotel. Something to improve on

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to Nationwide Arena. It was in a good location and easy to get to the arena from the hotel.
Negatives:
There was a discrepancy between the feel that you got when you walked into the the hotel and when you got to the rooms. I liked the front desk area, but was disappointed as we went up to the room.

I was informed the pool and hot tub was working however, they both were down my entire stay.

The staff was very polite. The room was clean

I stayed for 4 days in the hotel. The room service skipped my room. Also the elevator had a problem the entire day where it was not functional. Had to take stairs 4 times and it was quite an inconvenience. Should had gotten a complimentary night stay.

The staff, breakfast buffet was good all in all I was very happy, especially swimming so early in the morning was nice and peaceful.

Positives:
Check-in clerk acted like someone on drugs. No free breakfast. Room was in a building very far away from the lobby. Elevators were very slow. Noticeable highway noise from interstate that was just a few feet away. Crappy view of a parking lot from room.
Negatives:
Room & batheoom were very small, heard entire conversations of loud people talking all night in next room. Cable TV was minimal but there were HBO channels. Not all hotel entrances had working card readers. Handicapped spots had no ramps for a 6" curb.
Positives:
Location, foodservice and staff. The hot chocolate chip cookies were the best.
Negatives:
There were times the elevator did not work. Front desk staff would program keys incorrectly. I felt unsafe at times because the front desk staff would program keys to rooms that were occupied by others. I used the double lock at all times to feel safe.
