After Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Lots of noise in the middle of the night. Would have expected staff to quiet them down or call the police. Very thin walls. Noisy neighbors that had me up in middle of night. Sunday am. housekeeping rapped on my door 3 times. Whyyy?????

Positives: The staff was excellent!! And everything was very clean.

Negatives: When I went into my room it reeked of skunk weed!! And the bathroom reeked of cigarettes The staff offered another room or air freshener I took that air freshener and turned on the fans on and opened the window to air it out. Then around midnight the guests above me had a dog that was running around until 3:30 AM. I Called the front desk and the staff and asked the guest to be quiet but that worked for 5 minutes. So I had to go down to the front desk and they Went to talk to the guest and it finally worked. I think I should have been refunded as it was very uncomfortable night. The place was very clean, staff was friendly and the room was clean. This is a nonsmoking hotel Skunk weed and cigarette smoke smell awful
