Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

First of all, for what you charge, you should have more than just some breakfast bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal on a cart. This was indicative of a transient hotel.
Negatives:
The staff was unprofessional and not available. The room was not cleaned while I was out. My garbage was not tended to. The staff was not very friendly and appeared to be unapologetic about the facilities. You should not have to go look for staff. Like what the heck are you guys doing? Also...THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!!

The staff was friendly. I didn't get her name, but the lady who checked us in was very accommodating. If there was a complaint, she jumped right on it to resolve it to the best of her ability. The location was good.

The facility was outdated and old. You could tell there was no deep cleaning. When we pulled out the sofa bed for our son, there were crumbs all over it and no sheets or blankets. When my husband lay on it, he said the floor would have been more comfortable as there were springs poking him. There were no clean towels or wash clothes in the bathroom. There were still dirty towels in there. The garbage under the kitchen sink had not been emptied. It was very noise. The people above us let their kids run and jump around. It sounded like a herd up there. We didn't try the breakfast as it was a pack of instant oatmeal and a muffin.
