The excellent staff.
Negatives:
The room smelled like urine. Our neighbors were so loud they kept us up all night (thin walls) we had no toilet paper, we had to go down and get it our selves. Boogers were caked on the hand rail in the bathroom. The room wasn’t very well cleaned.
