Very spacious room and comfortable bed
Jesse was super helpful at the front desk and it was a great stay! I wish there would have been more bars/restaurants in walking distance. We did walk to an awesome Mexican place called El Camino Inn. Some of the best margaritas and tacos I have ever had!

There was one worker named Behka that was great
Negatives:
The bathroom was not cleaned. What looked like feces on the bathroom door and the shower was nasty. Each morning around 6 am, what sounded like a herd of animals running back and forth while jumping. Privacy violated while I DND sign was up.
Positives:
The space was nice and breakfast was included.
Negatives:
When we got to our room on the 5th floor and everything was shaking!! We went to ask for a different room because it was so bad, and we were told it was the washing machines and they wouldn't change our room. The shaking was so strong that it woke us up the next morning!

Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean building and rooms. Good art of amenities. Felt homey. View was ok at certain angles, but mostly looking at a parking garage.
Negatives:
Beds weren’t very comfortable at all. Wasnt aware you have to pay additional for parking, I was not expecting that. And the breakfast was plain and blah.
