Ice machine and laundry on second floor was out of order. The swimming pool was closed. The only ice machine was on the first floor. After getting a bucket of ice and only using half the next morning. I could see dirt floating in it.

I liked the location. It's close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, yet it was in a calm quiet area.
Negatives:
There was no bath soap. Just mini bottles of shower gel. We used up the shower gels. They were not enough. The continental breakfast and maid service was shut down due to Xmas. Only coffee and tea were available. We wished we would of known that beforehand, especially if you have a guest who is diabetic. It would of been a nice gesture to have some fruit and ready to go items like yogurt, a granula bar etc. out for the guests. During our stay, the beds weren't made.
One light bulb was out. And there was leftover ice cream left in the little fridge's freezer.

The secure door in the back of the hote. It gave me easy access to let my dog out for a walk.
Negatives:
The queen bed really had an uncomfortable mattress. My husband seemed to have a sprained back afterwards.
There was no daily housekeeping. No beds were made yet the trash was collected.

The room was a nice size. The room was clean. No bugs!! No issues with other neighbors. I got to use the pool which was clean. Staff was extremely nice. The hotel was close to a lot of stores/ restaurants and gas stations. I found my new fav restaurant Culver’s.
Negatives:
The hallway did have a smell to it but this hotel allowed animals so can’t really complain. Animals didn’t bother
