dirt on floors hair dry looked like it may have been on fire. was not pluged in .dirty under wear in cabinet .big rats in parking lot would not tell anyone else to stay

We liked how close they r to the EQUINE Expo, but this is not a good area of town. Many hanger-out people in the parking lot.

The staff was friendly enough, and it was cheap, and easy to find/close to the highway.
Negatives:
Heater barely worked; it was freezing and smelled musty and the bed reeked of cigarettes. I kept waking with sinus/asthma issues. The floor was sticky and there was hair on the bathroom walls. Everything was filthy and badly worn out. This place is a dump

Negatives:
There's no elevator and they are quick to put you on the second floor. The $100 deposit that takes 3 business days to be refunded after check out was a disappointment, especially when higher quality hotels with elevators only charge $50
Positives:
It was a close drive to our venue.  We had a 10 day stay and we chose a cheap hotel to economize. No surprises really sometimes you just get what you pay for.
Negatives:
Hallway carpets were filthy. Dogs were noisy. Floors in our room were sticky. Bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning.
