Positives:
The staff was friendly enough, and it was cheap, and easy to find/close to the highway.
Negatives:
Heater barely worked; it was freezing and smelled musty and the bed reeked of cigarettes. I kept waking with sinus/asthma issues. The floor was sticky and there was hair on the bathroom walls. Everything was filthy and badly worn out. This place is a dump

Negatives:
There's no elevator and they are quick to put you on the second floor. The $100 deposit that takes 3 business days to be refunded after check out was a disappointment, especially when higher quality hotels with elevators only charge $50
Positives:
It was a close drive to our venue.  We had a 10 day stay and we chose a cheap hotel to economize. No surprises really sometimes you just get what you pay for.
Negatives:
Hallway carpets were filthy. Dogs were noisy. Floors in our room were sticky. Bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning.

Warm bed and a hot...

I can't think of one thing that was best.

Staff was rude, room floor was sticky as soon as we walked in, the entire place needs upgraded, bathroom has one working light, night lamp wouldn't turn on unless you held the switch a certain way, mattresss spring broke while just sitting there.
Positives:
I did not like the facility I had picked up facility because it was closed off the highway. I did not know what I was walking into when I get there. The rooms was not good. Things were broken and it was not clean I had to clean out the refrigerator the microwave I had to clean up the dust that was in the dance.
