I called in advance to make sure I could check in early. Upon arrive I was told no, I couldn’t check in until 3. But was given a “bathroom and parking pass”. Then 5 hours later it’s time to check in, which there was multiple issues with the card reader and now I’m being charged a “parking pass fee” of 15 dollars. Finally we got the machine to work. I get to my room and I have a joint room. The neighbors were loud, the light came through the door. Finally I’m a sleep only for the garbage man to drop the garbage dumpster outside my door at 5am! Not to mention I’ve stayed here every year for the past five years for this yearly trip. However this year, cable is not included in your stay it’s $20 per movie to watch. Breakfast is no longer an option. The snacks that they provide are a vending machine with no prices listed so you’re guessing how much everything costs.

The lady at the front desk was so nice to me. I had to use crutches, and she made it possible for me to park my car closer to the door.. Also, the gentleman that was at the desk came up and brought me more towels cause he knew I was on crutches. Very happy with the service received

The parking was inconvenient with location and size. The parking lot filled up so easily at night that it was hard to plan anything that required us to move our car after a certain hour. Not to mention we had to cross a busy street to get to it.

Walls are paper thin in the rooms, beds are uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, called about the toilet being clogged and they brought us a plunger and had us do it, parking in the lot across the street is not clearly marked for the hotel guests
