Our bathroom could have been a little more clean. And the breakfast was horrible and cold! The gentleman that checked us in did not have good computer skills and it took a very long time to get checked in. The other gentleman checked in 4 people while we were standing there trying to get checked in. And I was also very disrespected after I said I did not want to sign up for the rewards. I do not stay at hotels enough to sign up for rewards when I am very capable of paying extra without rewards. I was NOT impressed by the gentleman that checked us in.

The safety of cars in parking was a huge issue. Some staff informed us of cars having windows busted out every night. We had to park at our son’s home and be transported back & forth. Also the refrigerator was not working. Possibly unplugged?
