I like that we could get a 2 bedroom suite and that the laundry was free, laundry room was clean

We had to switch rooms after 1 night because we had no hot water, after that the hot water was hit and miss. Housekeeping was pretty much non existent. We were there for 9 nights, housekeeping only came on day 7. They left towels and made the 2 beds but didn’t change the sheets. They didn’t leave any toilet paper, we ran out and had to supply our own. When we checked in, there were 2 packets of coffee, when housekeeping came on day 7 they left one, we never had sugar. When we opened the dishwasher the top rack fell out. Our first room had no cookware except for 1 small frying pan. We called the front desk to have the room put on a different credit card and the employee didn't know how to do that. When we checked out, we succeeded in getting the charges split between 2 cards but it required 20 minutes at the front desk. At least we think that’s what happened, it’s been 24 hours and we have yet to get the email receipt they said would be sent. There was usually a very strong smell of weed throughout. This was the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel because of the location but we won’t be going back.

The website clearly says 2 bedrooms which is what we wanted, it’s only one. 6 people in our room and we only had 3 large towels. We asked the front desk for more and they said they’d send someone with them but we never got them.
