Staybridge Suites Columbus - Worthington

Negatives: Separate building from lobby. Entry into rms bldg sloppy-dirty. Inside bldg was good tho. waited for clean room-30 minutes at 4 pm. Staff regretful about it & courteous. No carts. No Ramps. Deadbolt in room didnt work. No ice machine.

Negatives: Dirty towels/washclothes, room smelled like cigarettes, broken trim, empty vodka bottle, flossers, dirt, dusty vents, the main entrance was broken and left open for anyone to enter the hotel... The list goes on about how poorly managed this hotel was.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: Price was higher than I agreed to.

Negatives: We had to switch rooms after 1 night because we had no hot water, after that the hot water was hit and miss. Housekeeping was pretty much non existent. We were there for 9 nights, housekeeping only came on day 7. They left towels and made the 2 beds but didn’t change the sheets. They didn’t leave any toilet paper, we ran out and had to supply our own. When we checked in, there were 2 packets of coffee, when housekeeping came on day 7 they left one, we never had sugar. When we opened the dishwasher the top rack fell out. Our first room had no cookware except for 1 small frying pan. We called the front desk to have the room put on a different credit card and the employee didn't know how to do that. When we checked out, we succeeded in getting the charges split between 2 cards but it required 20 minutes at the front desk. At least we think that’s what happened, it’s been 24 hours and we have yet to get the email receipt they said would be sent. There was usually a very strong smell of weed throughout. This was the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel because of the location but we won’t be going back.

Negatives: The website clearly says 2 bedrooms which is what we wanted, it’s only one. 6 people in our room and we only had 3 large towels. We asked the front desk for more and they said they’d send someone with them but we never got them.

Negatives: The breakfast was not what im use to when staying at a staybrige hotel the breakfast is way better in the south. But it was ok.

Negatives: Nothing. We loved it

Negatives: Hall carpet had unpleasant smell but did not go into room. Need new shower head, pressure was low. Unable to adjust.

Negatives: Room needs a deep clean. Found a dirty needle in the bathroom on the counter. Wouldnt recommend this hotel and will not return.

Negatives: Unable to shower due to no hot water in Room 334. Barely warm. Unacceptable. Will never stay at this chain again. Morning breakfast was picked over at 8:00 AM.

Negatives: Heat / Air did not work in the room. The temp in the room when we arrived was 77. Way too hot to sleep comfortably.
