Room was real nice. The staff were professional and caring.

The room was great. The only complaint I have is I was disappointed with the TV. Couldn't get internet. Had to have the staff show us how to use the TV, TWICE to even get antenna. The staff were great showing us how to get onto the TV and rapidly responded. Still never got internet the whole weekend. No guide chart in the room, got it from front desk the second day. Need instructions on how to get onto the TV and navigate through channels.

The room had a strong cleaning smell that was overwhelming. It's the worst shower I ever used. They charged a lot extra for being a pet friendly hotel. I have 2 small Shih Tzu.

It was a complete breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon and ham. Plus items for a continental breakfast. Choices of juices. The woman working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.
Also liked the cookies, lemonade and free newspapers in the lobby.
