It is in a safe area with all major stores/restaurants in close proximity. It was in a central location to the events I was attending (University of Dayton Arena and the Nutter Center). Pros: indoor swimming pool & continental breakfast.

Check in was easy and quick. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean and nice size. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access to two restaurants.

It was better than most of the Holiday Inns we stayed in on this trip. The room was nice and had more than the normal L shaped thing to sit on. It had a nice assortment of TV stations and the breakfast was better than most. They kept the coffee availab

Walking distance to several restaurants. Nice pool area but did not utilize it. Updated room fixtures. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast area had limited seating, not as clean as expected and not well attended. Our room was directly over the front entrance door which was quite noisy until later in the evening when entrance traffic diminished.
