Our only complaint was our bathroom. The floor tiles were broken. Two weren’t seated properly and we kept tripping over them. One felt like we were going to break through to the floor below. The grout in the shower looked rusty and icky.

We checked-in late at night. The front desk staff was very professional and kind. His personal interaction showed that he was very well trained. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well. The option for non pork breakfast items was a Super Plus~

The breakfast hours can be extended on the weekends. Many people are early riser like myself and start the day at 5 am and others have planes to catch and may leave before 6 a.m

My stay was for two nights so I expected at least two dishwasher tabs but only got one. The cookware was not clean, there was no scrub/ scouring pad or paper towels. The carpets were not vacuumed and the floor were sticky.

I really didn't like much, because I specifically reserved a rm with a fireplace, an thats what I thought I was getting, but the fireplace in the rm they gave me , did not work, nor did kitchenette light ,etc....I was very disappointed, because this made the atmosphere for my birthday a flop.,an I am requesting a refund because the hotel did not live up to my expectations.
