Positives: The manager said that the night shift clerk forgot to set our wake up call for my son wrestling tournament that next morning. We would like some of our money back , that is why we booked the hotel stay.

Negatives: Too noisy, room dirty (hair in the tub and floor) microwave had food from previous guest, refrigerator didn't work, heater missing over, exhausted in bathroom didn't work and covered with dust/dirt. Guess you get what you pay for.

Negatives: The hotel offers free breakfast but there is a sign you are not allowed to bring it to your room.
