Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Had booked an accessible room and confirmed. They did not have one available for me. Could not take a shower next morning. Also was there at Noon to check in. Was told check in was 3pm but could check in for $16.50/hour. So room was ready but would have to pay $49.50 to get into the room.
Also - they advertise breakfast included but it was just coffee (which I do not drink) and health bars. So had to go out to have breakfast.
Last time!!!! Could not be more disappointed.

I loved the fact the room was clean and also I loved how helpful Terra was during our check in and check out process she has gone above and beyond. One of the best extended stays I ever was at this is my #1 choice for all my travels.
