The request for extra room items was an immediate and easy fix. Staff was attentive and helpful. Everything worked.

Building run down more than anticipated and ad on the site was misleading. Compared to the real room we received the room in the ad was much more updated. Disappointed as I cancelled other reservations upon seeing this one.

There were no breakfast options available due to renovations. I feel that this should have been reported before booking. My husband had a meeting, and I would have stayed at the hotel had there been options for breakfast and lunch.
