It was difficult checking in because of the full length Plexiglas shield over the counter. I had difficulty understanding the check-in person, partly because of the shield and partly a thick accent.

It was close to where we needed to be and the staff is amazing

Our one room has burn holes in the blankets and sheets and the other room was infested with mold, had a weird musty smell and was dirty.

The room was clean. It had a coffee pot with supplies. Friendly front desk. I seen cleaners cleaning all around the inside of the windows.

The smell of pot in the hallways on the 3rd floor. The hallway ceilings could use tending to. Carpet could be steamed cleaned.

Location was perfect for us. Value is good and was clean.

Property could use an update the older items such as the old bathrooms make it appear dirty. Our shower did not drain and when I started the shower a big glob of hair was stuck in the drain to me not draining is very nasty but it was only for a quick morning shower!

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I couldnt sleep because I was afraid I would get bedbugs. There were water stains on the ceilings, stains on the pillows and sheets, and it was overall very run down.
