Carpet in room was disgusting. I actually went and purchased some slippers because I didnt even want to walk in it in my socks. Stairways/ shared bathrooms in main lobby also dirty. There was poop smeared in mens toilet seat all day.

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful! The location was easy to get to.
Negatives:
Only a very few minor cosmetic places in the stairwell could use some paint touch up. But I'm being very picky here.
