My room was filthy, pool was out of order, no coffee or waffle batter at breakfast. TV broken in dining room. Before checking out, waiting for my ride, I observed many others were angry and complaining about similar issues, asking for refund of some of their charge. Never saw any housekeeping, which might explain the filth. It was tge most I've ever paid for a room, and the worst place I've ever stayed. I definitely think a partial refund of my $285.39 is warranted!

The woman working morning at the desk was very polite.
Negatives:
Stayed there for the pool but their website didn't mention it was closed. The hallways smelled. Only one light worked in the room. The curtain rod was half ripped off the wall. The bed would of been more comfortable if you didn't have springs sticking up out of it. All in all I will pay the extra for a better hotel next time.
