Great, caring staff. Gas station with a small mini mart adjacent. 5 minutes from the main strip in town with chain restaurants and a very good Asian buffet. Also, pet friendly. TV quality excellent and Internet 70 to 80 mbps up and down as I recall.

Junk yard next door, visable from the 2nd floor, but close the curtain if it bothers you.

The breakfast was ok … but, lacked meat and eggs. Actually, that was fine, because the breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent and priced very well. Even if you chose the restaurant for breakfast and added in the room rate, you still came out ahead of the other local hotels.
The room was comfortable and quiet. We were very happy with our stay !
