The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. THEY HAD REAL PILLOWS!!!
It was close to our family and friends so we could see them and not have to make the commute back and forth for back to back events. We live in Cleveland, so it's an hour one way, and we had a birthday party for my husband Friday night. Then, on Saturday, we had a gathering with friends for a 1 year old birthday at noon and then a 4pm dinner with family.

I can’t fathom why this is only 2 stars!!! This property was clean modern and the staff was an absolute joy!!! We had to change our arrival time due to weather and they were great! We will definitely stay here when we are in town!

Was a great little get away. Very close to the Hartville Market, gas stations, grocery store, fast food. Everything was awesome

My sister came the next day and her room was huge and there were only 2 of them. I had 5 in my suite which was alot smaller. It would have been nice to have had a bigger suite like hers for the room.
