Positives:
The facility was clean and well maintained. It's an older property so it has window a/c/ heating units. I did not use it but it has a small indoor pool and spa that was filled with people. The bed was comfortable. The room was relatively quiet except for hallway noise from children and a dog.
Negatives:
The clerk said there would be coffee until 10 am. It ran out at 8:30 am and was not replenished even though I called it to their attention. I got the last cup of coffee. There are no amenities like a coffee maker in the room. The staff was inattentive. I called several times on the house phone and no one picked up, finally I called through the hotel general number to find out how to access WIFI. The WIFI did not work. I had to rely on my cell phone for updates. The Cable TV is limited to mainly old reruns of TV shows. I suspect they have the cheapest package available for Cable and WIFI.

Needs a good update, and cleaning. Less people living there. Hairs in bathtub. Comforters were gross. Very loud in the hallways. Doors didn't lock. Couldn't access building through side doors. Chlorine was super strong in the pool. Burned my eyes just to be in the pool room.
