Positives:
This is simply a great hotel for business or pleasure trips. I have used this particular hotel twice. The property is very clean and modern. My suite had a full-size microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator had ample space. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast area was nice and had a ample selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods. Even though I didn't use them, the fitness area and pool looked nice as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Negatives:
I can't really think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that I prefer bar-type shower soap than the shower gel they supplied. That's about it.

I love this hotel and...
Positives:
The room size was fine but to take into account that we took the largest room as planned for a long stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine with a car - any city point is accessible in 15-20 minutes (but no way to stay there without a car). The road system of Cleveland works very well.
Negatives:
The air conditioner system could not be turned off. It was very noisy and annoying. This was the main issue of our stay.
The bed is queen size only - it is small for two. However, it is in the description )
I would expect not only a microwave for suits but a kitchen. However, I should read the description better )
