The whole facility is in dire need of maintenance. I had to go back to the front desk to get a TV remote. The faucet handle in my room was disconnected and laying on the sink. At breakfast, the toaster was not functioning, and the waffle maker was undercooking.

Upon arrival I had to take a room on second floor. Next morning they were doing construction and I had to walk to find another stair way because they had the one that was close to my room blocked off. They should have let me know construction was going on and it was in the next room.

Needs maintenance....our toilet seat fell off, dresser drawer and cabinet door would not stay closed, complementary breakfast was cold and not enough food brought out at a time to feed more then 1 to 2 people. Water wasn't very warm in shower, bathroom faucet leaked/ dripping, toilet was leaking on floor.
