Positives: best was location. everything else no. better going to holiday inn next door and spend the extra $20
Negatives: upstairs smells like an ash tray, half the lights didn't work, didn't trust that the deadbolt actually locked, sounded like you'd fall through the shower, a/c unit smelled horrible if you turned it on, very poorly taken care of.

Positives: The clerk who checked us in was helpful. She apologized for the terrible room.
Negatives: This was by far the worst hotel Ive stayed in. The door was broken and the clerk had to use her master key to open it. It was an old, dark, room. The hallway was dirty, the room stunk so bad I had a hard time laying down. It needs tore down.
