It was a good experience.

The staff was very pleasant, and the room was spacious. The hotel is relatively new and the bathrooms was very nice and modern. The room was also very clean.
Negatives:
The suite was hardly a suite. It was a regular hotel room plus some kitchen appliances. The place was understaffed at night - no one could come and replace a burned-out lightbulb, or access the maintenance closet to give us one.
The walls are not well insulated and we could hear everyone else on the floor. The air-conditioning/heating unit is right next to the bed and quite noisy.

The staff were phenomenal! Friendly, helpful, informative and just the type of people you want working in the hospitality industry. Diedre was a rockstar! Thoroughly enjoyed the large spacious rooms and inclusive kitchenette. The whole hotel smelled clean and fresh and the hot continental breakfast was convenient. Hotel location was superb - Restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend the Hungry Buffalo and the BBQ), short 3 min drive into Logan and 15 minutes or less to Hocking Hills trails.
Negatives:
Nothing that can be controlled lol and something you just expect at any hotel - the loud kids at 7am running up and down the hallway in and out of their room
