Staff is always great, but unfortunately the room wasnt the best during this visit. My room was directly across from elevator, the fan unit in room was noisy and there was no hand soap at sink dispenser or a soap bar available.

Positives:
The office manager Ray was simply outstanding, she anticipated our needs and she should be promoted to the General Managers position. This motel is kept very clean and it is in a great, safe location.
Negatives:
The quality of the food for breakfast is subpar. The $13 charge for the hot breakfast, is not competitive with competitors such as The Drury Inn. The Drury provides a better breakfast for free and they also provide a free late afternoon kickback. They do this for the same nightly rate as the Hilton Garden Inn.

Location was good for our reason for the stay. I found food in the refrigerator compensated by free breakfast coupon. Breakfast seemed expensive based on cost of room. Lobby was nice.
Negatives:
On the floors, elevator was hard to locate. Blended in too well. No info in room to explain housekeeping ior breakfast process. Bathroom was small.

This hotel initially gave us a room, with faulty blinds, which did not work. After a good amount of time and harassment regarding our use of Booking.com, they found us another room. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 3, also with a hassle.
This chain usually provides free breakfast and they charged $16 per person.
We will never return and hesitate to useGarden Inn again!
