Service was atrocious. Couldn’t find people at the front desk. We were locked out of our room at 9 AM when check out is at 11 AM. Couldn’t find people to respond to this. There was stickiness all over the floor of Our room. I had to get on my hands and knees with a warm towel and try to get it the stickiness up. Construction going on out back with materials out of the middle where people drive. Same construction is was occurring last year when we visited this La Quinta. We will not be back.

The staff was amazing. The hot tub was cold the first night we arrived on our honeymoon and they made sure it was fixed the next day and gave us extended time in the hot tub. Hotel was clean and room was nice.
