Negatives: Where do I start.....Nasty filthy place. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We were travelling with three small dogs and it was late or we would have vacated immediately. We also double booked ( my fault ) and the manager will not deal with this. They have been paid twice for the same room and all they had to do was confirm with booking.com that we effectively cancelled and we would be refunded. I have called and left messages as have booking.com but he refuses to acknowledge the emails etc. I will never stay in a red roof inn again.

Positives: Clean .
Negatives: Parking was inconvenient for a senior with a dog . Was told by the counter manager that because this was booked on booking.com that I did not qualify for Red Roof Inn Redipoints . Meanwhile both Windham rewards and Choice hotel programs awarding points on booking.com's bookings seems to be no problem .

Positives: I like the location it was ducked off
Negatives: The management was horrible. I had one person that the counter help me out and did a tremendous job. He was great but the management is terrible and they need to get it together fast.
