friendly staff and convenient location of room itself.
Negatives:
The room i most recently stayed in was very much poor quality. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard. The entirety of the room really didn't appear "clean". The bathroom light was non functional. Shower didn't work properly. Not a good stay.
Positives:
Convenient to I-77, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Plenty of parking.

Was not in a walkable location.

Positives:
Ive stayed here several times. It tends to be quite quiet. Its also a more affordable option with nice sized rooms. Although, the quality of the rooms differ significantly.
Negatives:
My most recent 2 stays have been horrible compared to the others. The rooms are dirty, stained, outdated w several issues. The heater in my room went out last time, shower head wasnt connected correctly so it was spraying water all over, bed very hard.

Very limited tv channels. Pillows wore out, uncomfortable.

Mmmmm. No not really. I had a place to sleep. That's about it.
Negatives:
It was ok. Dirty but ok. I don't like the fact the equipment in the dining room gets turned off. I was in the middle of using toaster and it turned off. The lady at front desk just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Cleaner than wingate though.
Positives:
Hotel lobby,hall ways and grounds were spotless! Room was clean and stocked it did not have a hair dryer or ironing board but I didnt need it. I recommend this hotel!!
Negatives:
When I arrived a man said no one was at the desk he had to call as I walked up the desk person came over and helped check in the phone to call didnt work to reach any staff that was the only negative thing she was apologetic and nice I will stay again!
