The fact that we checked out a day early and instead of being credited, when I returned home... I checked my bank account and they deducted an extra nights stay. This was noticed on Saturday evening so, I will be contacting booking.com on Monday to resolve this issue.

The hot water wasn’t working properly. The hot tub got shut down due to poopy dipper in it. The pool was cold due to hot water issues I’m guessing. There were several roudy groups of kids and parents that were in the pool that didnt have a room, because I saw them walk out the side door to the pool and get in there vehicle and leave the property. Kinda of annoying!

The room was clean and updated.
Negatives:
The staff was rude. There was no hot water. Someone pooped in the hot tub in the am and it was still dirty and closed twelve hours later, on a Saturday. There was a small sign on the pool entrance that said hot tub closed for cleaning. There was zero signage on hot tub and children were getting in it. Disgusting! When asked about the hot tub staff said the manager had car trouble and couldn’t make it in to clean it. A staff member came to our room to fix the TV and left her master key card and we didn’t realize it until the next morning. She never came looking for it. We turned it in at checkout. Very unprofessional. We won’t be back!
