There was loud music in most rooms and trash all throughout the hallways.

Fridge was broke didn't get towels when I asked for them they said they would bring them never did went and bought my own and a week later I'm still waiting on towels

It was geographically located near restaurants however it is a bad area.

Smokey room and hallways. No coffee cups in room or at front desk?? Other guests were very suspicious, lots of comings and goings with 5 minute stays??? For some reason our toilet was like 12 to 14 inches off the ground. Found a cigarette butt on floor.

Front desk staff are a pleasure. Housekeepers are always accommodating and friendly. Laundry ladies do an amazing job. Maintaince Supervisor Will is on the ball, and always greets you with a smile.

Very accommodating, nice clean rooms for price. Staff is pleasant. New manager is very nice and I always see him working alongside his staff. Very quiet, would recommend to anyone.

Front desk staff is very pleasant. Have seen many many positive changes since new general manager has taken over. Rooms are clean and spacious, have lots of new updates. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Laundry always smells great.

At least the heat in my room worked.

A bug (looked like a GIANT flea) was in the bed and bit me multiple times--still red and swollen. The floor was filthy as though no one had made any effort to clean it. Room had no ice bucket, phone was falling apart, coffee maker was too dirty to use.

It was shabby, the bed covering was minimal, so it was cold.

Check-in clerk was non-accommodating when I asked for a first floor room when checking in late at 8:30. Coffeemaker didn't work (was able to get my coffee fix in the lobby though).
