I liked its convenient location and the price. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I liked how it smelled clean and not old and moldy.

I didn't like how they smoked right in the entry way. My floor had some sticky stuff on it, that I mopped up myself. I could hear the people above me, so I would request a room on the third floor next time.

Lady across the hall had a dog that yapped every time she left the room. If you are going to allow dogs they should be away from everyone else. Please!!

I paid for 2 nights 14 - 16 October. I advised I was always arriving on the 15th October however booked the night before so I could have an early check in. My flight was delayed and when I arrived in the afternoon of October 15, I was told my booking was a no show so I had make another booking to pay for a night has already paid for. Basically I ended up paying for three nights and was only ever staying for one night. They advised they could not adjust my booking and honor what had been paid. I am in hospitality and this is NOT what this hotel offers - so annoying!

The room was relatively clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The toilet paper roll was low even for a one night stay.
Negatives:
When checking in Juan seemed very short tempered and bothered. I said hello, started check in process and asked if the room had a blow dryer. He rudely cut me off and said maam your room is not ready. It turned the tone of my checkin experience sour. His demeanor felt very rude. The eco sensor outside of our room beeped loudly all night! I finally went down and told the front desk while getting breakfast and it continued until check out. Night staff was friendly but I didnt get his name.
