I got stuck in the hotel elevator. It really scared me. A guest was able to open the door to let me out. When I called the front desk, she said they had a technician on site to fix it at that exact time. Why didn't they put up a sign NOT TO USE it.

My daughter had an early flight out of the Cleveland Airport. It was only 10 minute drive. Lots of food choices for dinner. The front desk lady was super friendly

The person there when we checked in was very friendly. The room was a decent size. Close to restaurants and other places.

A few cosmetic issues in our room but nothing awful. The eggs at breakfast were rather rubbery, they weren't scrambled but over hard and just very rubbery

It was convenient that I could make a reservation at the last minute booking through Priceline.
Negatives:
1) I asked the Priceline operator to contact the hotel to inform them of a late check-in. The operator declined and referred me to the hotel. 2) When I checked into the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the Hotel host granted my request for a late check out. However, at breakfast, the rude woman at the front desk told me I had to be out at 11 AM. 3) The breakfast food was horrible. The eggs, sausages and the cubed potatoes were dry and bland - It was obvious the hot breakfast foods were not freshly cooked and were merely microwaved.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our last two stays have been disappointing. The breakfast was not good at all. The shower was not hot - barely lukewarm and there was sparse pressure. We're disappointed - our previous stays were better. We'll be looking for another place to stay.
