Beds were so comfortable, room was so clean and large, and bathroom was fully equipped and so nice, and lots of hot water. Coffee, refrig and microwave so convenient and nice. The breakfast was the nicest we have ever had a a hotel. So much variety.

Actually the manager or assistant manager was very rude. He knocked on our room door on 2 occasions very loudly to scold us because the children were playing and talking and it was too loud. Then while we were having breakfast he approached us at the table in a hostile manner and in front of several people he began to speak to us in a strong tone of voice and talk the same thing about the previous day, saying that the children were making noise and that our pet was barking a lot. When we went up the pet was asleep. We had visited the hotel 5 times already and everything had been good. but this time that woman did not know how to express herself nor had a good attitude towards us. She was very rude. Children playing is normal. we do not return
