Handle missing on inside bath...

Was not even able to check into room until 9:30pm due to no clean rooms. When we did check in, the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, things were still there that had been left from previous guests. The beds were very uncomfortable, and upon waking up and looking to take a hot shower, I found out there was no hot water. Not even Luke warm, the water was ice cold.

This location was a great location to stay at. The rooms were super clean, no lingering smoke smells at all, spacious king size bed for two people, plenty of towels and washcloths. Staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Pets stay for free (but can not be left alone)!
Negatives:
The only thing that I would have liked to see is a vending machine for late night snacks and drinks. There was also no fridge/microwave in our room, but it was not needed for our stay.

Property was in poor condition and somehow had 30% occupancy but not a single car in the parking lot. Everyone that was there was currently living there.
