The staff was nice

There was issues with the water, it did not get hot. The mimo fridge was nasty.

The parking lot is very dark. Many of the lights in the lot were out which makes you a little concerned for vehicle safety overnight.

I booked on line paid in advance after arrival they added charges for a dog that I told them about during booking this should be illegal probably is at the very least its incredibly dishonest was supposed to be handicap accessible it was not toilet was standard low toilet had to ask for toilet paper on check in less than half of a roll in room

Feel cheated completely changed me opinion of Marriott
Positives:
The room was extremely clean, no weird odors at all. The room was huge, the TV was huge. There were guests in the rooms on either side of me, but it was very quiet. A very nice experience.
Negatives:
The parking lot was not well lit, it was pretty dark. They don't offer complimentary breakfast which is a deal breaker for some. Starbucks items are available in the lobby but the prices are higher than the actual Starbucks that is 5 mins up the road.

Negatives:
The booking says 24/7 front desk service, but my husband called 3 times during our 2 day stay and didn't get a single answer. Our phone did ring after the second as if they tried to call back, but when he picked up there was nobody there. It's a small thing, and we were there on a busy weekend, but 3 times is a little much.
There also seemed to be no air conditioning in the hallways, which is odd in the middle of the summer. Walking to your room is like a sauna.
